1. About the service

Odwyddw provides general information about Salik, Dubai's electronic toll system, and a demonstration helper that shows how a Salik recharge top up could be prepared. Odwyddw is not the official Salik website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Salik Company PJSC or the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai.

2. No payment processing

The top up helper is currently a demonstration. It does not collect payment card data, does not process payments and does not credit any Salik account. To recharge your Salik balance, use the official Salik channels or authorised partners.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep our guides accurate, but toll rates, gate locations, recharge minimums and rules are set by the relevant authorities and may change without notice. Information on this website is provided "as is" for general guidance and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Always confirm details with official sources.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of UAE law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• submit false information or another person's details without permission;
• copy, scrape or republish our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this website belong to Odwyddw unless stated otherwise. "Salik", "RTA" and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the services our guides refer to.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odwyddw is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, including toll fines, missed recharges or decisions made based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites, such as maps or official services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
